Weight Selection Guide

1oz – lighter conditions and slower trolling speeds; flat lines and calm offshore water. 2oz – the all-around offshore weight for standard trolling at 7–8 knots. 3oz – rougher conditions and faster trolling speeds; stays in the water better in chop. 6oz – heavy sea conditions, fast trolling, and deep spread positions.
