Weight Selection Guide
40–60G – shallow inshore structure, light current, and finesse presentations for stripers and bluefish in 20–60 feet. 80–120G – the all-around offshore weight; covers most situations from 60–150 feet in moderate current. 180G – deeper water and stronger current; keeps the jig in the strike zone in 150–250 feet. 220G – maximum depth and heavy current for deep offshore drops targeting tuna, amberjack, and large bottom species.

Sardine – the most natural baitfish pattern; matches sardines and herring in clear blue water. Sandeel – slim, natural profile that matches sand eels and spearing; a go-to for stripers and bluefish.
